Richard leads the day-to-day operations of Harcourts APG, overseeing the Property Management Division while remaining actively involved in Residential Sales. He has also played a key role in developing many of the company's technology platforms, helping drive efficiency and innovation across the business.

Having commenced his real estate career in 1989, Richard brings more than 37 years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, strata, subdivision, and renovation projects. His extensive knowledge allows him to mentor his team and provide valuable guidance to clients.
