Richard Morgan

Director/Licensee

As Managing Director of Harcourts APG, Richard oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, leading the Property Management Division and playing an active role in the Residential Sales Division. He has also conceptualized and implemented many of the company’s current Information Technology platforms, driving innovation and efficiency across all areas.
Richard began his real estate career in November 1989. More than thirty-seven years later, he continues to draw on his extensive experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and strata real estate, as well as subdivisions and home renovations. There are few areas of real estate he hasn’t been involved in, and he uses this breadth of knowledge to mentor his teams and better serve their clients.
Receiving numerous awards and certifications at the highest industry standards, Richard leads with a focus on continuous improvement, professional training, and client-centered service. His management philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Well-trained staff focused on their clients.” He is committed to refining and improving how they deliver their services every day.
Being part of the community means more than just property. It’s about building relationships, supporting local people, and helping create opportunities. He and the Harcourts APG team actively work with local schools such as Grace, Newton Moore, Australind Senior High, and Manea College, helping young people take their first steps into the workforce.
“Homes are important, but it’s the people who live in them—the families, the communities—that give them real meaning. That’s why giving back is part of who we are.”
Over the years, Richard and his team have proudly supported a range of local causes and events, believing that even the smallest acts of kindness— a conversation, a helping hand, an hour volunteered—can make a real difference. These efforts reflect their commitment to building not just homes, but stronger, more compassionate communities.
