We approached Den from Harcourts to sell our property in Dardanup. We did not want to put our property on the market until we found a suitable place to downsize to. We listed our property with Den who then arranged photos. It took a little over 12 months before we found a suitable place during that time, Den worked tirelessly trying to find a place for us. He constantly kept us informed of any progress in finding a suitable property for us. Den always returned any phone calls promptly. He never tried to push us to make a decision and was also very considerate of how my wife felt about any potential properties. Once the offer for the property we wanted to purchase was accepted, Den placed our property on the market. He had a home open and Den and his wife Jo conducted the opening very professionally. Within 4 hours of the home open. Den called to say he had a couple of offers, one offer way more than expected. We accepted this offer and settlement was in early September. We have no hesitation in recommending both Den and his wife Jo to anyone who is buying or selling a property. They were a pleasure to deal with!

Goes the Extra Mile

I was selling a property in Bunbury, but I live in Sydney. Den was easy to deal with and did a lot of work for me, including sorting the cleaning of the property, working with the tenant and managing maintenance work that needed to be done. All the things that a local seller would have done themselves, he did it for me. He was always checking in with me and making sure I knew what was going on and was happy at every step.

I was purchasing my 2nd investment property from interstate so I had a lot of ambiguities about the contract and the settlement. Den was patient enough to guide me through the process and made himself available to answer any questions I had. He also helped proactively and referred me multiple different options for Timber, Pest & Building inspectors and contractors for minor repairs.

Personally I've been renting from HC Bunbury for over 5 years. The experience I have had has been 100 per cent fantastic. Staff are very patient and understanding. I have had to move due to owner of the property needing to do renovations and HC Bunbury had another place lined up in my budget prior to even me knowing about the renovations my agent Helana at the time Was Amazing understanding and went above and beyond for me. My new agent has help me when changeing of jobs and through covid. Karen, has talked and worked with me to be able to get through these tough times, I feel safe in having a roof over my head. Today Friday the 2nd of the 9th. I locked myself out.
